Meet Gemma Ross
Gemma Ross is the founder of Ross Education Consultancy. With a wealth of experience in both EAL (English as an Additional Language) and SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities), Gemma is a qualified teacher with twenty years experience. She holds an MA in Education, CELTA certificate and has worked internationally, and possesses in-depth knowledge of both the IB (International Baccalaureate) and National Curriculum.
As a certified EAL specialist, CCET (Certificate of Competence in Educational Testing) holder, and Access Arrangement Qualified professional, Gemma is also a respected speaker and author. Her vision is to empower schools and parents, fostering a positive and successful learning environment for all students.
